• Routine Maintenance / Daily Cleaning
• Daily cleaning would include:
• Sweeping and mopping of the entire area of each floor
• Cleaning of waste paper bins and removing the waste
• Cleaning of cabins of all officers and staff, corridors and staircases
• Cleaning of toilets and all Bathrooms
• Cleaning of compound and parking place/Sports ground.

• Preventive Maintenance / Deep Cleaning
• Deep Cleaning would include:
• Removing of cob webs (Bara, Jalla).
• Removing of stains from partition, doors, & floor.
• Cleaning of windows including glass pans of common area of mall.
• Cleaning of toilets/Bathrooms with environmental friendly chemicals acids and soaps.
